About

An Aerospace Engineering student with a focus on mechanical/structural design, analysis and test. Previous work ranges from small mechanical assemblies to large one million+ lbf structural test GSE. Experienced with full life-cycle design from first principles and agile development teams.

Previously, I have served as the Chief Engineer of Longhorn Racing Combustion, a Formula SAE team that designs, builds, and tests a single-seat open wheel race car. In this role, I overaw the engineering efforts of a team composed of dozens of college students over a one-year design and production cycle.

I have strong skills in mechanical design, structural analysis hand-calcs, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and data analysis. I'm also proficient in numerous softwares and programming languages including NX, Teamcenter, Solidworks, NX Simcenter NASTRAN, BetaCAE ANSA/META, ABAQUS, Ansys Mechanical, HSMWorks, MATLAB and C++.

My goal is to continue learning and advancing my knowledge and skills in mechanical/machine design, analysis, test and manufacturing, and apply them to innovative and challenging projects in the aerospace industry that can make a positive impact on the world.
